Tollring’s Call Management software has been
designed to extract, store and analyse information
from your phone system. This means logging and
reporting on data which is produced by the system to
monitor, analyse and control all aspects of your
telecoms network.
We
offer a ‘software only’ solution, or for increased
resilience we can use intelligent data collection
units (DCUs) to collect call records in real-time.
The DCU is connected to a non-dedicated PC, which
runs our TMS software. This is provided with the
system and has a number of functions.
One of
the modules allows you to download the data to a PC
or server from one local and/or several remote data
collection units. This data is then added to a
monthly file so that the reporting module can
analyse the data and then run a broad range of
analysis reports. Using this software you can do
anything from producing simple reports for extension
billing of internal clients, to running analysis on
the performance of operators or even of the phone
system itself.
Call Monitor
and
Email Reporting
come as standard with our TMSprofessional and
TMSlite products and both are available as a
32bit version which will run on Windows XP. There
are also several optional modules for more advanced
usage, including:

Alarms
module - for setting PBX event alarms, using
windows pop-up alerts and/or email notification.

Wallboard.

– we have now added a call recording module
to our suite of products.
