Leading Edge Telecoms Data Intelligence

Tony Martino Tollring

Tollring is proud to showcase its portfolio of leading edge telecoms data intelligence solutions at Connected Business 2014, two weeks after being nominated as triple finalist in the European IT and Software Excellence Awards.

Tollring will showcase its portfolio of leading edge call management and award-winning data intelligence products on stand C308 at Connected Business, Olympia, on 4th and 5th March.  On the first day of the event, Commercial Director Carl Boraman will be joined by customer Simon Tibbles of  Steria to discuss how to combat increasing telecoms expense and usage, and gain control of the entire telecoms estate, referring to the Steria case study example.

This year celebrating its 20th anniversary, Tollring is at the forefront of telecoms data intelligence.  The continuous growth of Tollring across global markets will gain momentum next quarter as Version 7 of icall suite call management is launched.  The new technologically advanced and innovative version will incorporate web-based dashboards and reports delivered to tablets and smart devices in real-time.  Vital business insight regarding presence, live and historic call information will be delivered real-time to dashboards, empowering managers and supervisors to deliver the highest levels of customer service and business performance.

The award-winning self-serve data analytics portal iC360 enables multi-site enterprises to visualise their entire telecoms infrastructure using granular business insight.  Any telecoms-related data from any source can be fed into the iC360 engine for analysis to solve business challenges, from managing unresolved missed calls to telecoms expense management.  Product development is underway for the next version of iC360 to offer a simplified billing and reporting solution for UC Service Providers.  The solution will integrate cloud-based PAYG services, deliver unified billing for diverse product portfolios and empower resellers with branded functionality.  This will allow service providers to remain competitive with flexible tariffs and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Tony Martino, MD of Tollring comments “Not only is our company at an exciting stage of global development, our solutions portfolio has never been stronger.  Product development lies at the heart of our organisation to deliver the latest technologically advanced data intelligence solutions. ”

Tollring prides itself in delivering leading edge solutions that meet real business requirements and is delighted to be announced as a triple finalist in the European IT and Software Excellence Awards to take place next month.  Tollring is hoping to defend its title in the category Big Data Business Intelligence and Analytics Solution and is looking forward to competing in the categories Relationship Management Solution and Software Innovation Solution of the Year.
