and TMSlite
- Alarms
Alarms is
the latest in our series of real-time modules designed to give our
users the information they need as soon as it happens.
The
Tollring Alarms module allows the alarming of single events
or of a cumulative number of events on the pbx.
Example 1: If a certain destination or type of destination is called
(i.e. 0906 xxxxxxx) the system will generate a popup and/or an email alarm.
Example 2: If a user determined number calls are missed or ring time
exceeds desired limits the system will generate a popup and/or an email alarm.
Alarms can be generated for any of, or combination of the following:
Extension number, Unanswered calls,
Transferred calls, Incoming calls, Outgoing calls, Trunk activity,
Call duration, Ring time, Call cost, CLI and more.
The Alarm Wizard
makes creating new or editing existing alarms simple. You are taken
step by step through the various criteria available to
setup/build/schedule the alarm.
The wizard uses intelligent filtering
so that you avoid irrelevant choices based on the type of alarm
being scheduled.
