Shivani Makkar, Technical Support Manager
Shivani joined Tollring in 2011 as Technical Support Manager. Prior to this she worked in India as a consultant after completing a masters degree in Business Information Technology Systems at Strathclyde University. Shivani manages the technical support team in addition to providing pre- and post- sales support.
Zoltan Vida, Technical Support Specialist
Zoltan joined Tollring in 2012 from a Hungarian company called SPS Media where he worked as an Oracle Database Administrator and Developer. He is highly experienced in database administration and development with skills in Oracle, Postgres DBs, SQL and PL/SQL. At Tollring, Zoltan is responsible for the administration of servers, databases, production and development environment, application development and performance tuning in SQL as well as installation, configuration, monitoring, problem solution, support and recovery.
