Tollring is delighted to announce that it is the winner of The Best Call Management Solution category in the 2015 Comms National Awards.Tony Martino, MD of Tollring and his team collected the award at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden on Thursday 22 October.

“This is a very special accolade given to us by one of the most coveted and celebrated awards for the ICT channel,” comments Tony. “In 2014 we created iCS Online, a multi-tenant call management platform that is as feature-rich as its on-premise counterpart. We have since expanded our UK channel by 400+ partners. The award recognises the considerable opportunities this product has generated within the channel due to its ability to deliver market leading cloud-based call analytics and recording in the exploding market for cloud telephony.

He adds, “In addition to the high levels of technical capability within iCall Suite Online, the award recognises the team effort that goes into creating close and highly successful relationships with partners. My gratitude to both our fantastic channel partners and to the whole Tollring team that provides partners with everything from customised documentation, partner-branded portals, demos, tailored videos, on-line provisioning and billing tools, co-operative marketing campaigns, right through to day-to-day account management and technical support.’

Tollring’s award entry was supported by testimonials from Daisy, Mitel, Broadsoft and thevoicefactory.

Nigel Sergent, Comms National Awards Coordinator comments “The Comms National Awards is the UK’s most prestigious and well respected awards process and this year garnered a record entry of over 150 submissions. As the awards are independently and fairly judged by a team of industry experts, a Comms National Award is highly prized.  Winning organisations  should be justifiably proud of their achievement as it demonstrates an ability to deliver a quality service which has been recognised as second to none.”
