Tollring Continues to Strengthen BroadSoft Service Provider Propositions

Tollring will unveil the latest iCall Suite (version 3.5) feature enhancements on Booth 28 at BroadSoft Connections in Phoenix, Arizona on 22nd to 25th October 2017, including improved API framework support and extensive language support.  Tollring will also showcase the latest release of its proven cutting edge fraud and credit management capability with its unique rigorous four-step monitoring process.

BroadSoft partners and their customers can leverage new features and enhancements in the latest release of iCall Suite, which enriches partners’ voice offerings by adding new services, value and incremental revenues and creates compelling and differentiated propositions.

Improvements to the iCall Suite User Interface enhance workforce productivity across the full suite of Call Analytics, Wallboards, Call Recording and Fraud Management.  Dashboard live tiles have been refreshed within these UI enhancements, resulting in more sophisticated experience.  Language support has been extended to 9 languages plus US English (UK/ US/ German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian/ Dutch/ Danish/ Swedish/ Finnish) to facilitate global rollouts and provide product translations at the click of a button. To further support BroadSoft partners, in this latest release Tollring API framework support has been upgraded.

Tollring fraud and credit management capabilities seamlessly integrate with BroadSoft Business BroadWorks® call control platform and uniquely deliver comprehensive and intelligent ‘spot and block’ capability in real-time for the BroadSoft Business cloud voice and SIP trunking applications, automatically shutting down calls on the highest level alert.  The latest release enables service providers to empower their resellers with the control to manage and configure their customers, so they can collaborate to combat fraud and in turn provide a significant differentiator.  In addition to proactively preventing significant financial losses from fraud attempts before they happen, the solution includes credit and spend limit tools to prevent customer bill shock, reduce bad debt and decrease customer churn.

Tony Martino, MD of Tollring says, “Every year we look forward to showcasing our latest developments at BroadSoft Connections.  Our product development team is committed to delivering real value to the BroadSoft community; to both service providers and their customers, as demonstrated by our latest software release.  We are particularly excited by the major steps we are taking to tackle the issue of fraud in cloud telephony, where exciting new opportunities lie ahead for BroadSoft customers.  We believe our approach of ‘4 layers of protection’ to be unique in the market and every release strengthens our product further.”
